Follow this link, and you will see this, which shows the server’s files and directories.
 
Downloading lessons using a browser
In the following pages, the illustrations show the Mac versions of the software. The Windows versions may look slightly different, but works the same way as the Mac version.

As an example, if you wish to download the introductory lesson, first select it from the list.
To begin the download, click on the Download button.
